Hallowe’en Treats

Halloween Treats - Logo

In the mid-1960s, growing up in Northwest Wisconsin, it routinely snowed on Hallowe’en, such that to stay warm, Michael and his brothers would wear snowmobile suits and boots under their costumes. The candy would be frozen by the time they returned home from trick-or-treating. “Hallowe’en Treats” is reminiscent of that simpler, easier time when a kid had no Hallowe’en worries other than that he might not get enough candy.
